Patrick Haught and Cassondra Thornton presented at the 2025 National Orientation Transition and Retention Conference (NODAC) Resource and Research Fair on Student Leadership Selection process (SLS). SLS is a joint hiring process that allows students to apply for multiple on campus leadership positions at once, allowing for more opportunities for students to get involved across campus.
