Seeking Staff to Volunteer for Inauguration

The Board of Trustees of Hamline University will host inauguration events for Mayme K. Hostetter, the 22nd president of Hamline University, on Thursday, November 6, 2025.    This special occasion requires many colleagues to make the inauguration day successful, particularly around the installation ceremony. We have nearly 50 volunteer positions to fill (e.g., line-up assistants, flag bearers, set-up & tear down teams, directional support, etc.) and we are looking for your support.   Sign-up to volunteer via the Google Form by Oct. 3rd. We do ask supervisors to create flexible schedules for staff working at the inauguration.   This is a wonderfully joyous occasion for everyone involved and builds great Hamline camaraderie.
