NSEE program secures national re-accreditation

The Natural Sciences and Environmental Education master's degree in Hamline's School of Education and Leadership, has been re-accredited by the North American Association for Environmental Education after a rigorous program review, lasting almost one year. Named a "Distinguished University Program", the NSEE program was commended for its "preparation of well–qualified educators who possess the understanding, skills, and dispositions associated with environmental literacy, as well as the ability to apply them in their educational practice." This accreditation has been granted to just a handful of higher education programs across North America.  The accreditation applies to the Masters degree as well as the environmental education certificates offered through Hamline's School of Education and Leadership.
