Becca Herrera joins the team as the Project Manager for Residential Life. A proud Hamline alum, Becca graduated in 2018 and served as an RA, an Assistant Area Coordinator, and as the Sorin Hall Area Coordinator. These experiences have solidified her commitment to student support and campus community-building. In her new capacity as Project Manager, Becca brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach grounded in her years of experience working directly with students and staff. She will oversee Emotional Support Animal approvals, Contract Release Request submissions, and Maxient Conduct System file organization, as well as several other tasks, assignments, and projects. She is known for her reliability, warmth, and ability to bring clarity and steadiness to complex projects. Her passion lies in strengthening systems, improving processes, and helping Residential Life operate with intention and care. A Twin Cities native, Becca loves exploring local plant shops, trying new places to eat, and discovering small hidden gems around the metro. She also enjoys traveling, window shopping, and spending quality time with family.
