Description:

Centering Community Responses to Summer 2020 Supreme Court Decisions: LGBTQ+, DACA, Reproductive Justice, and Indigenous Rights (Constitution Day)
Join the Center for Justice and Law at our first Facebook Live Event Thursday, September 17th 12:00pm–1:30pm. This summer the Supreme Court ruled on some of the most important cases in decades, including major rulings on birth control, abortion, religion, Indigenous land, LBTQ+, and immigration. These rulings impact social equity in our nation. This year on Constitution Day we at the CJL have decided to highlight how these rulings impact those who have been excluded from our Constitution. How do young people working, advocating, and experiencing these injustices connect with these rulings in their work, activism, and lives?
