    Financial Aid Seminar Information

A Hamline education is affordable. Let us help you make a plan for you and your family!

Did you know that you are eligible to complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on October 1st of your senior year in high school? Referred to as Prior Prior Year (PPY) or Early FAFSA, once submitted this FAFSA would be the cornerstone of your financial aid package for your first year in college. FAFSA filers use their 2016 household income information to complete their FAFSA.

Join us for our annual Financial Aid Seminar on Monday, September 18 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at Hamline University's Anderson Center. We invite you to arrive early at 5:30 p.m. to enjoy dinner in Bishop's Bistro. You may also choose to participate in a mini campus tour, departing at 6:00 p.m. The Financial Aid Seminar will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.

    Topics Include:

    • FAFSA 101 - Learn about policies and procedures and get a how-to on the FAFSA form.
    • Q&A with financial aid experts - Get your questions answered and find out important information about scholarships, loans, and payment plans.
