
Office of the Provost
The Hamline University Provost provides leadership and direction for the long-range planning process, the annual priorities for action, and the budget, and:
- Provides intellectual and administrative leadership of the faculty and academic support staff.
- Oversees the development of the academic program and the assessment of student academic performance.
- Develops and administers the curriculum.
- Supervises the academic support programs.
- Develops and recommends the academic budget, in consultation with deans, department chairs and program directors.
