    Message from President Miller, December 6, 2017

    The HLC peer review visit successfully concluded, President Miller sent thanks to the entire Hamline community for its active engagement with the peer review team. Click here for full text of this email.

    Update from the Provost's Office, November 30, 2017

    The HLC team of peer reviewers are due on our campus next week on Monday December 4 and Tuesday December 5.  They have asked us to set up a series of meetings to which the entire Hamline community is invited, some have a specific focus and some are drop-in sessions with no set topic, but offer the opportunity to provide comments to the peer review team.  We look forward to your active engagement with the team during these open sessions. You can find a copy of the complete itinerary for the team here. Please note this itinerary will continue to be updated and changed up to and possibly even during the visit so be sure to check for updates.

    Open Fora
    The team have requested three open fora to which everyone in the Hamline community is invited and all of which will take place in Anderson 304/05.  Each open forum is loosely scheduled around the specific evaluation criterion.  You can click on the links to view details about each of the criterion:
    Monday, December 4, 1:45-2:45 pm on Criterion 1 & Criterion 2
    Monday, December 4, 3:00-4:00 pm on Criterion 3 & Criterion 4
    Tuesday, December 5, 10:00-11:00 am on Criterion 5 & Institutional Priorities

    Drop-in Sessions
    The team also requested two drop-in sessions. Like the fora, everyone in the Hamline community is encouraged to attend.  The purpose of these sessions is to provide an opportunity for individuals to speak with team members privately with, for example, positive comments, questions, and/or concerns. Drop-in sessions are scheduled for:
    Monday, December 4, 4:15-4:45 pm room in Anderson 302/304
    Tuesday, December 5, 8:00-8:45 am room in Anderson 304/305

    Focus Areas The team have also scheduled two focus sessions around specific topics and includes invited faculty and staff. Everyone in the Hamline community is also welcome to attend these sessions which will take place in Anderson 112.   Monday, December 4, 10:00-10:50 am on Strategic Planning Monday, December 4, 11:00-11:50 am on Distance Learning and Online Courses
