    Regular, non-temporary employees working 50% time or more may be eligible for benefits. Please see the 2017 Benefit Guide for plan specific eligibility requirements.


    Open Enrollment and Info Sessions

    Open enrollment for 2018 benefits selection will officially begin on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 and end on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. Please see the 2018 Benefit Guide for plan specific eligibility requirements.


    Every benefits-eligible employee who intends to maintain their coverage in 2018 must re-enroll during the open enrollment period. If you do not participate in open enrollment, your coverage will be discontinued effective January 1, 2018. Presentations for 2018 benefits options will be held on the following dates. Open enrollment materials will be handed out during the presentations.


    • Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 10 a.m. in the Bush Center Ballroom
    • Monday, November 13, 2017 at noon in the Bush Center Ballroom

    Please note the login page looks different than what you may be expecting. The enrollment website itself looks like it has in previous years. The credentials to access this website are the same as what was previously communicated. Please use your Hamline id and the last four digits of your Social Security Number followed by the last two digits of the year you were born (i.e. 123466).

    Benefit Timeline

    Depending on eligibility, benefits are effective on the first of the month following the date of hire.  Changes can be made to benefit elections during the initial enrollment period, Annual Open Enrollment, or within 30 days of a Life Event. Contact Human Resources if you have questions regarding these enrollment periods.

    To make benefit elections, employees will log into the Harmony/Selerix Benefit Enrollment System.  When logging into this site, you will need your Hamline ID, the last for digits of your social security number, and the year of your birth.  Your user ID is your Hamline ID, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the last four digits of your social security number and the last two digits of the year you were born (a total of six digits).
