    Collaboration

    Hamline’s undergraduate researchers will leave their labs and laptops behind so that they can present their work to the community during the annual fall interdisciplinary research symposium on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 11:30 to 12:30 in the Anderson Center. All are welcome to attend.

    Cambridge University Press released the updated second edition of the definitive textbook on teaching adults the English language in time for the 2019-2020 school year. A book celebration will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. in West Hall 200. All are welcome to attend.

    Dr. Emma Jordan-Simpson, the Executive Director of the Fellowship of Reconciliation (FOR), will present “Truth and Reparations” at Hamline University during an event on Sunday, September 22, 2019, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

    Gambling

    Hamline University will host a research conference the morning of Wednesday, September 25 to examine national gambling trends and explore ways to address gambling disorders and other addictions in Minnesota immigrant and refugee communities.
