• Diversity Climate Survey

    Diversity Initiatives Steering Committee has completed two university-wide surveys. The goal of this project is to obtain an assessment from every member of the community with respect to issues of diversity and inclusion at Hamline, every 3 years.

    As a valued member of this community, individual feedback about your experiences on campus is extremely important. We always encourage individuals with feedback related to the campus climate with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion to be shared with either the Diversity Initiatives Steering Committee members and or directly with the Office for Inclusive Excellence. .

    Hamline University has a long history of supporting diversity/inclusion, and practices these in daily interactions across the university. Diversity and inclusion are important matters connected to Hamline's history, mission, and vision, but as the university continues to grow, develop, and evolve, it's important to reflect upon and access just how well Hamline is doing in these efforts as they relate to all aspects of university life.
