t. aaron hans (ze/hir or he/him) leads the campus-wide Sexualities and Gender Diversity Programs focused on creating a dynamic campus community that supports sexual and gender diversity and promotes healthy and safe relationships. In this role, t. aaron is responsible for the oversight and assessment of campus-wide wide programming and initiatives related to sexualities and gender diversity, including: supporting the Women's Resource Center; programs on masculinity; and creating opportunities for campus-wide learning and growth, and for supporting and empowering LGBTQIA+ and allied students, faculty and staff. t. aaron works closely with other student affairs offices, Office for Inclusive Excellence, and supports Spectrum (LGBTQIA+ student organization).

As the Deputy Title IX Coordinator, t. aaron is part of a collaborative staff team that works to coordinate sexual misconduct response, prevention and adjudication; t. aaron is part of the campus-wide sexual violence prevention and healthy relationships programming and is a member of the Sexual Violence Prevention Task Force and leads our StepUP! bystander program.

t. aaron has 25 plus years of community organizing, training and education experience related to LGBTQIA communities nationally. t. aaron earned a master’s in education from the University of Massachusetts in Social Justice Education and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies as an undergraduate at Pennsylvania State University.
