    Water~Stone Review Summer Writing Workshop
    July 23–28, 2017

    Experience the power of concentrated immersion in your craft. 

    Write. Restore. Engage. Experience all of this and more at our intensive residential retreat set on the campus of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. At the Water~Stone Review Summer Writing Workshop, you will experience a deep immersion in the process and craft of writing with nationally known authors in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction. Students can choose to commute to class each day or stay on St. Olaf's picturesque campus. Those who stay on campus can use their free time to write, read, explore Northfield, and socialize.

    On Wednesday, July 26, Esther Porter and Mary Logue will hold a forum focusing on the goals and preferences in acquiring new work and their experiences as editor and as writer. This event is not only an opportunity for Porter and Logue to share their advice to aspiring authors, it is also a chance for writers to network within the Twin Cities publishing industry. Free and open to the public. Optional for registered students.
