• Diversity Climate Survey

Diversity Initiatives Steering Committee has launched our second university-wide survey. The goal of this project is to obtain an assessment from every member of the community with respect to issues of diversity and inclusion at Hamline.

As a valued member of this community, individual feedback about your experiences on campus is extremely important. You are strongly encourages to take this brief web survey. It is strictly confidential and will be used to help guide future campus policy and programming. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes.

    Complete the Diversity Survey here.

Hamline University has a long history of supporting diversity/inclusion, and practices these in daily interactions across the university. Diversity and inclusion are important matters connected to Hamline's history, mission, and vision, but as the university continues to grow, develop, and evolve, it's important to reflect upon and access just how well Hamline is doing in these efforts as they relate to all aspects of university life.

The survey is anonymous and confidential, but after completing the survey you will be able to enter into a drawing for one of a number of rewards. To be entered into the drawing to win prizes such as parking vouchers for the Anderson parking garage, gift cards from the Hamline Bookstore, and free coupons from Starbucks, a link to a separate page will be provided upon completion of the survey.

If you have any questions about the survey please contact Dr. Ryan LeCount at rlecount01@hamline.edu or Molly Isaacson at misaacson03@hamline.edu.
