• Department Scholarships - up to $2,000

    Scholarships of up to $2,000 each will be awarded to incoming students each fall and spring semester. The scholarship is a one-time award (per student) that will be received in the first academic year, distributed evenly over the recipient’s first two semesters in the program when attending at least part time (eight credits).

    To be eligible, students must already be admitted or have applied to the program.

    Scholarship applications are due no later than:

    • June 15 for fall semester; rolling deadline for qualified applicants after deadline date.
    • December 15 for spring semester; rolling deadline for qualified applicants after deadline date.

    Because these scholarships are need based, students are also required to complete the FAFSA to be considered for the awards. FAFSA application deadlines for the purpose of application for scholarships are June 1 (for fall semester) or December 1 (for spring semester).     Alumni Discount

    Hamline University alumni are eligible for a $25-per-credit discount if enrolled as a postbaccalaureate in the paralegal certificate program.
