• Message from The Hamline MBA Director

Join Hamline’s MBA program and be a leader.

    Think critically.

    Listen appreciatively.

    Challenge effectively.

    Decide purposefully.

    Act boldly.

    Be a leader.

If these are your aspirations, The Hamline MBA will help you reach them.

The Hamline MBA is designed for busy, achievement oriented professionals. In 24 months, attending class just one night a week, you will acquire the knowledge and develop the skills essential for business and personal success. You will gain a global perspective, expand your understanding and appreciation of leadership, learn how to analyze interactions between organizations and their environments, and explore how firms create value. In short, you will be prepared to step up as a leader in business.

Our program, designed for working and aspiring managers, will help you build a network of professional peers that will last throughout the program and beyond. The six modules in the program are carefully designed to integrate competencies across business functions, building on each other in a logical sequence, and finishing with a team consulting project for a local organization. Our students often tell us that after each week's session they are able to apply material from the classroom to their work environment the very next day. Our immersive 10-day international seminar electives give you the chance to learn from executives who are doing business internationally, and optional concentrations allow you to choose an area of focus for your MBA.

The faculty members who will guide you through this program have expertise in vital business capabilities as well as deep, broad-based experience in business, the public sector, and academia. Many have worked and lived internationally. All are committed to helping you achieve your goals in business.

As a whole, we are dedicated to the growth and success of our students, and we look forward to working with you.
