    Manor Hall

If you're a history buff, Manor Hall is the place for you. The oldest residence hall on campus, Manor suggests a scene out of the English Midlands. Built in 1922, with Tudor-style architecture, it boasts a picturesque stone tower and half-timbered construction. A designated quiet residence, it attracts those who want to concentrate on their studies, but still enjoy the support and community of residential life. Manor features a variety of amenities, including cable television, Internet service, and on-site laundry facilities.

    Campus Life

Hamline has an active campus community. Day or night there’s always something going on, making it easy for residential students to:

    • connect with classmates for a late-night study session
    • take in a movie or a concert on campus
    • get active in any of Hamline’s diverse student groups
    • cheer on the Piper athletic teams

There really is a place for everyone. If you want to live alone, with people, in Manor, in Drew, or wherever-you can. I lived in a specialty quad last year, which was fun, and this year I’m in a single with a bathroom! You can get a room to fit your preference.
