McAdoo presents at Law and Society conference


Professor Bobbi McAdoo recently participated in presentations on the work of an International Research Collaborative (IRC) at the 2012 International Conference on Law and Society, hosted by the Law and Society Association in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her topic was "The Application of Procedural Justice Theories and Research to Judicial Behaviors in Non-Adjudicative Procedures." Scholars involved in this international collaboration are working on quantitative and qualitative projects to analyze judicial settlement activities from a comparative perspective.
