RE: Cellular tables: insert row bug?

As recently as this morning I created a cellular table with Version 8.0 and
had no problem with the Ctrl+ Ins operation.  It goes without saying that
one has to have the cursor in a row of the existing table to insert another?
Having said that, I might add that the whole Table thing in NB is not its
brightest jewel. :-)
