Cellular tables: insert row bug?

Greetings:
        I am working with version 8.0, trying to create a cellular table. 
I have created my first row, but when I hit CTRL+INS,  NB opens Ibidem and 
prompts me to insert a reference. This also happens if it go through the 
menus: Format>Cellular Table>Insert Row, so it doesn't seem to be a 
keyboard issue.

        Can anyone else replicate this problem?
