citation form in Ibidem preview window

I have found with the last few versions of NB 8 beta that the preview window at the bottom of the Ibidem screen will not show the form that is used in the open document. For example, I have Chicago Manual of Style in my open document. I have the Preview Screen set to automatically show the style in an open document. Yet, my Preview Screen is MLA.

Any way to fix this?
