If this is the case, you can use NB's text string hyperlink feature to 
create links from Ibidem records to the specific parts of the 
megadocument where notes on those works are located.  I don't know if 
the record link field handles text string links (and I doubt the 
integrative features would work - for that you'd have to move notes on 
each work into a separate file), but the links could still be useful.
