I do not know whether this is relevant but I can tell you that, with a
previous mouse that I used, one of the selectable options for the mouse (via
Control Panel etc.) was the choice between scrolling three lines or
continuously.

I know this has come up before.  I cannot get mouse scroll wheel to work in
NB8z.  It scrolls only about three lines.
Any ideas?
