toolbars

Hi,

For some reason my toolbar seems to have morphed into a box.  This is not 
the end of the world, obviously, but having got used to the tool bar being 
a tool bar I find it mildly annoying.  Sadly, for it seems to a perennial 
chink in NB's armor, there is no listing for tool bar in the help index, 
and I can't find any obvious place to look in the various pull-down 
menus.  Thanks.
