sorry for clutter but need help with fighting a spam filter

Sorry for the clutter..
On a list that I run, my own posts are being filtered out by my university 
spam filter.
I'm just trying to see if other lists are filtering out my posts; I've white 
listed notabene so i'll probably receive this but would appreciate it if 
some with their own spam filters could privately give me an account of the 
spam count on this message

sorry for the bother, but I'm going absolutely nuts on the issue
