8z is available.  Surely the end of the line (or is alpha next?) I had 
trouble installing it until I deleted the old files from the directory 
under Windows into which the "virtual installation disk" is installed.

The snaking columns bug just introduced (?) is fixed.  The "Welcome" 
document reports changes in the handling of labels for footnotes, and a 
return of the option to insert annotations in a foot-note style window 
instead of through the label style menu.  RTF transfers for Latin and Mid-
east *from* Word now correctly handle macrons (and ayin and hamza)  in 
Word core fonts and in Unicode fonts (this was in y).  All items that I 
much appreciate.
