Ah, but when it undoes only part of the macro, and fails to make this
clear to the user, it does serious damage as well.
I would have no problem with leaving Ctrl-Z as is, so long as NB made
the process transparent to the user. It's the uncertainty about just
what is being undone, how many undos are necessary, etc. that bothers
me. (All of which is only made worse by the tendency of the display to
go haywire over the course of multiple undos/redos).
