Re: quotes key



it looks like a problem loading the keyboard table, which would mean that 
somehow there have problems in memory. I find that most weird behavior can 
be fixed by restarting windows. (I got a lot of strange behavior right 
after I loaded beta y but restarting seemed to clear things up).
