Using the CSM framework, I have a manuscript for which I have generated a
Table of Contents, a great feature by the way.  Whatever I do, the table
comes out with all lines in bold.  I have used the Adjust Style option, and
changing the fonts in the 'booklet' has no effect, whether I select Bold or
Regular type.  Obviously, I can go in and do this manually after the fact
but it is irksome to find a feature that does not work.  Is this an error
with the software or am I missing something?
