I am not familiar with Word's "Hidden Text," but in Nota Bene you 
might want to have a look at "Annotation" under "Insert."  I use it 
whenever I wrote a letter, to insert by the address of the recipient 
the recipient's phone number.  It doesn't print, but I can find it 
whenever I need it.
