RE: Moving location of Orbis and Ibidem files

Steve,

I run with two copies of NB on my desktop, one adjusted to provide
Spanish-style/language citations.  They share the same Ibidem and Orbis
databases.  They are kept, together with my saved NB files, in folders that
I keep in one place (a different drive) that I backup regularly.  In your
case, that "in one place" would presumably be your flash drive or whatever
media you use.  Have a look at the Ibidem and Orbis Help|Index|Find|Defaults
or Backup for a discussion of this.  

I might add a word of caution and that is that I would not want to keep
valuable data permanently on a flash drive.  I am not sure of their
long-term reliability with respect to every byte of stored information.
