runtime error 53

Hi folks --

I've been running nbwin for years on Windows 2000 with no problem. Well, 
no problem starting it. But on a new computer with a fresh Windows 2000 
install, NB (80x) gives me a "Runtime error '53': File not found" error 
and declines to start. I've confirmed that all the 16bit dll files in my 
old winnt\system directory also exist in the new one; I've tried both 
copying my old, functioning nbwin directory to the new machine and 
installing fresh. I can't figure out what file it is looking for and not 
finding. Does anyone have any suggestions?
