I'm using NBWin 6.1 (thinking about upgrading, but still a novice), and have
a quick question about outlining. I'm writing a crime prevention guide - one
of a series which goes on a web-site, and also gets conventionally
published. The format is pretty much boilerplate as all the guides deal with
the same issues (only the crimes are different). NotaBene is ideal for this
because it's easy to set up a framework/outline to match the structure of
the guides.
When I was setting up the outline levels I noticed that one had options
either just to have a headline (i.e. title; heading) and no body text, or to
have both. So my question is whether it is possible to have just body text
as a level within an outline. The reason I ask is because sometimes when
there are several paragraphs under a single headline it's convenient to be
able to switch the order of the paragraphs around quickly without having to
use cut and paste.
I experimented with some "body-text only" levels in my framework/outline,
but when I tried to move any of them around I soon seemed to get into
trouble, so I re-edited the outline/framework and deleted the "body-text
only" levels. Of course, I can just cut and paste, so it's no big problem,
but I wondered what other people did.
