My research assistant now had NotaBene. I want her to enter a certain part of my personal library into Ibidem. But my paranoia says I don't want to give her direct access to my full Ibidem database.

So... can I have her enter my library information into a database on HER computer and then copy/import the data into my own master database?

Comments on how to make this go easily?
