Are you thinking of IBIDNO2? If so, I have a copy. Its been awhile 
since I used it but I think the program assumes that the new data 
is in a temp file. The data in this file is then compared with the 
IBIDEMXXX.dat files and the duplicates removed. You then have to 
run an xpl program to renumber the records. Does Renumber.run 
work in NBWin?

If anyone wants the IBIDNO2, let me know.
