Hebrew won't print

Greetings:
I am trying to print a document with a few hebrew words to a
network printer (a Lexmark Optra 1225 S) but it converts them to
gobbilygook. The Font/TrueType Font has the "Download as Bitmap" button
selected. I think this is the correct setup. If so, what else could I be
doing incorrectly? It Font tab also has boxes for "Screen Font
Substitution" "List Printer Fonts in Application" and "Prefer Printer
Fonts" and they are all selected.
Any suggestions would be welcome!
Thanks
Adam

Easily the most boring class was History of Magic, which was the only one
taught by a ghost. Professor Binns had been very old indeed when he had
fallen asleep in front of the staff room fire and got up the next morning
to teach, leaving his body behind him. Binns droned on and on while they
scribbled down names and dates, and got Emeric the Evil and Uric the
Oddball mixed up.
