Re: Safeworld as an alternative to this list

It appears that Safeworld may not be quite as Safe as one would hope, at
least under the circumstances in which I just found myself. I was in the
process of downloading a number of large .avi files (of cross-country ski
races, if you must know - we have no world cup coverage here in the
states, and a nice fellow from Norway makes the eurosport coverage
"available" to us, so we can follow the races - and see how technique may
be changing. But I digress). I then booted up safeworld, looked around,
and was trying to get my new password to "stick" when my XP system flashed
to a blank screen, then a quick blue screen with a long text message about
a very serious error had occured and, before I could read more, the
computer shut off, re-booted and, upon getting back told me that the
system had recovered from a "serious error" and gave me the following
codes:
BCCode : 44 BCP1 : 84E1A008 BCP2 : 00000D60 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 768_1
I have no idea what any of that means.

Have no clue about exactly what caused this, I simply report it, for what
it's worth.
