I agree; this is indeed my most serious concern. I hope it's not true.

There are a number of names on the Safeworld site that I've never seen on 
postings to the list. I wonder if the list format makes them in some way 
feel intimidated - whether chat is perhaps a good place for beginners to 
begin; and whether they'll feel more confident about participating in the 
list by'm bye. I hope so.
