re: key scan codes

Alas, I found that Myron Gochnauer's KEYCODE.XPL macro wouldn't work on my system (NBW 6.1, Win 98 SE), which is probably insufficiently adapted to XyWrite. I could run it, and numbers would show when I hit keys, but they would be 4 digit numbers that made no sense. And the Esc key wouldn't quit the thing; I'd have to quit NB and then run Recover to unload 4 DLLs to put an end to some sort of infinite loop that was left running in the background.
And I found that David Kronenfeld's nice looking (on the screen) PDF key chart wouldn't print to my printer.
However (Good News) I remembered, and found to be still accessible, a very good key chart for the 101 keyboard. It shows all the keys with their names and numbers, and prints fine for me. It's downloadable from
