RE: phrase libraries

Ooops!  I checked the Help pages after writing the below.  Defining a
word, pushing Alt+F1, brings up the dialog box with the defined word,
plus a space to put the designated key by pressing it, then a button to
Assign the word to that key, and a button to load the changed library.
I then pushed Alt+Shift+the assigned key and got the new phrase.

Something is screwy here.  When I punch Alt+Shift+F1 I get the first
level counter.  I am on SWS 6.0 2 
Maybe this is a Lingua problem.  Try working through the menus: Edit >
Phrase libraries >.

Using 6.0 version 2 I have been completely unable to get the phrase
library 
to work.  Pressing Shift+Alt+F1 brings up a very pretty dialog box, but
it 
is completely inert.  Pressing a key, or trying to slide the slider does

nothing at all, but 'close' closes the box, leading to an error message:

Program error:  frmPhrases:  Extlist 1_SelChange  Invalid Procedures
Call.

This happens on a funky Quantex in my office and a bog standard Dell at 
home.  It's a pity, because the new facility looks to be very 
nice.  Loading my old phrase lib doesn't do anything...
Has anybody else experienced this problem?
