RE: phrase libraries

Using 6.0 version 2 I have been completely unable to get the phrase library 
to work.  Pressing Shift+Alt+F1 brings up a very pretty dialog box, but it 
is completely inert.  Pressing a key, or trying to slide the slider does 
nothing at all, but 'close' closes the box, leading to an error message:

Program error:  frmPhrases:  Extlist 1_SelChange  Invalid Procedures Call.

This happens on a funky Quantex in my office and a bog standard Dell at 
home.  It's a pity, because the new facility looks to be very 
nice.  Loading my old phrase lib doesn't do anything...
Has anybody else experienced this problem?
