First XP NB problem noted.

Old files open fine within NB.

I tried to open a file from windows explorer by double clicking.  As
expected, XP asked for the name of the program, through browse I provided it
with NB and then tried to open it that way.  An error message appeared
saying the file (program I forget) was not a recognized 32 bit program so it
would not open the file.

I'm still using 55 3c
