I think the reason for your first result is that you are placing the major
work's title in the 'long work title' field; if you place it in the 'short work
title' field and use italics or underlining, you should get something more like
what you'd prefer, but the title of the major work will be placed within
inverted commas and I don't think you'll have 'in' between it and the anthology
title.
