Haven't done it for a while, but open ibidem and then depending precisely on
what you're trying to do under file click on "new" or "maintain" or "open"
depending how much info your old data base folder has in it.
Treat it as if you are moving data bases from one machine to another;  the
help menu is pretty good in describing how this is done under the backup
descriptions for ibidem
