I don't have the full explanation for failure to respond to calls, but
post-9/11 effects on offices so close to the WTC must have put a huge
monkey wrench on all normal operations--it was posted here that NB staff
were not permitted back into the area for well over a week, perhaps even
two.
Then around Thanksgiving there were the fall conferences for which the
most elaborate presentation possible of NB6 had to be prepared to show
off all the new stuff, a process that usually takes up much of the fall
each year. I hope this year's conferences drew in lots of new users!
Meanwhile all I can advocate is patience and calling back if necessary.
This list continues to be a great resource, even for new features we
keep stumbling over, so post your questions here too--and your wish list
for Jannik. We might sort things into a rough kind of priority for what
we think is most important for further development. Just don't encourage
Steve to keep adding new stuff to the current package--he's such a nice
guy (just cain't say no...), that too many features could bloat this
version and slow down getting out a finished, polished version! Those
who have been around a long time know what I mean...
Cheers,
Dorothy
