I never quite put it together until your message (below): I had wonered why did
the record range option for Ibidem selection
disappear in the transition from NBD to NBW. I now realize that the logic must
be based on IbidemW's ability to check (click)
each of the desired record numbers for selection as a subset. While it is not
possible to request a range in one command, one
can still click both a range and interrupted serials of record numbers.
