Re:phrase libraries

Dear List,

        I wrote last week about my difficulties with activating phrase libraries
after I reinstalled version 5 over the corrupted prerelease of version 6.
 Something I did has confused me even more.  I was experimenting further
with automatically loading a phrase library, and I tampered with the
NBSTART.INT file, among other things.  Now when NBWIN starts, I get the
little box you would normally get after highlighting text and pressing
ALT-F1.  It wants me to identify what key to put the phrase on,
repeatedly.  Today I pressed a key perhaps a hundred times until it went
away.  Yesterday, I completely uninstalled NBWIN and reinstalled version
5, which solved the problem, until I booted up today.
        Please, if anyone has any ideas, point me in some direction.
