Jim,
The mail merge mechanism available in NB-DOS has not yet been ported to
the current version (6.0). I know the company has promised that mail
merge will
be part of the program, but I guess it has first concentrated on the
academic features of the suite. This means that -- as is normal in
software development -- there is no company support, and this includes
no documentation, associated with this activity. 

Having said this, the program continues to follow rather faithfully its
XyWrite programming roots, and thus, it *is* possible to have mail
merge, but without the visual help of user menus or interface
dialogues.
