Converting IBIDEM Dos -> Win (the second)

Second thoughts (after having walked the dog in a spring-like December
morning; no heating required in Munich):

1. NBDos/IBIDEM: open the nbbib00x.dat files in the word processor. Delete
all records you do not want to convert. Store (using st/x). Re-index. (Of
course: you have new backups of all your data files.)

2. NBWin: Use Tools - Convert - Database from Dos on the new files. Re-index
NBWin/IBIDEM
