Mary,

    I've used the RTF conversion "successfully".  I wrote a file in NBWin
5.2 and saved it to RTF.  The program told me that I would have to first
close the original file.  I did, then opened it again and converted it.  The
original file was converted to RTF, but the new file with the RTF extension
was blank!  I was able to import the "new original" file into Microsoft Word
with no problem.
